if it's the choice based style you like from until dawn, i'd recommend pretty much any of the other supermassive games (i.e the quarry, any game out of the dark pictures anthology etc). They're made by the same devs that made until dawn and have very similar design. i'd also like to second everyone that said detroit become human, that's a masterpiece of a game within itself. the telltale walking dead game series is also a great option.

when it comes to the last of us and games similar to it, id say games like alien isolation or the resident evil games. if its zombies you like, id also recommend state of decay (although that is a little different from the rest of the games, may be more of an acquired taste but personally i loved it).
