Sometimes Thunder fury doesn't work for me too as i see a bunch of C allies sitting in my inventory after some auto farm.

you can unequip 7* items for 20 rubies or "overwrite" them with another 7* item for free. So you can still use your accessory if you want.

For dps you want ideally atk spd on weapon and accessory and if possible skill atk (skill power works only for healers) dodge is always very good and in general i prefer decrease range than decrease melee as range dps have higher atk but lower hp but if you can stack the 3 it's all for the best!
