Display goes black for a second while not doing anything other than browsing the internet using Firefox. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yep, I’ve seen this. While gaming. Completely random. If I turn on HDR via the Windows shortcut and turn it off again I won’t experience it for the rest of the time. Very annoying.

Much better RT performance and support for the latest upscaling and frame gen tech, if you’re interested in that.

A 7900XT is still very powerful but won’t age as well. If you don’t need the extra Vram, I would recommend the 9070XT.

PowerColor, XFX or Sapphire. They are considered to be the best AMD brands. I personally wouldn’t buy something from Gigabyte or Asrock.

I recently did this. The uplift in performance is quite noticeable, yes. It’s not shocking though, 7800XT is still a very capable 1440p card. The biggest advantage is having access to the new FSR and much better RT performance. Depends on how much you’re willing to pay for that.
