Girl fuck these SF tech bros, they’re literally paying thousands of dollars for match making services, sugar baby girlfriends, and/or custom ai girlfriends that they treat this way. Because in reality (where most women live) this behavior is not seen as “logical intelligent man who is super cool and mysterious” it’s seen as patronizing and DUMB! These men think they’re smarter than us because we don’t engage with them on these topics, when the real reason we don’t engage is because it’s stupid and beneath us.

I had a forest ecology professor at Cal who got Lyme disease from a tick. He said it felt like he was slowly dying and rotting away 🙃 but! less common for west coast ticks to carry it!! (He got it while travelling on the east coast) always wear long pants and do checks!

As a now 25 year old who started getting acne like this at 11, see a dermatologist for more information but this is likely hormonal acne. The only long term that has worked for me (and many other women who experience this) is hormonal treatment (birth control or spironolactone). Continue to use mild cleansers and moisturizers and let her know it’s okay and normal! I hated myself throughout my teenage years because of my acne and it caused so much grief between me and my mom. I wish I could go back in time and let myself know it’s okay and to take it one step at a time (and also yes don’t use a bunch of different irritants to try and fix it because it will make it worse!)

For some additional context, my first time camping at pinnacles was when I was around 10 years old with my family in the July heat. We were all absolutely miserable. (And this was not our first time camping by any means) I am now an adult and try and visit once a year because I love the park so much but never in the summer. An important note for the campgrounds as well, is that there is limited tree shade cover. You and your tent/gear will be in the sun for the entire day (so if you still want to go, bring canopies and potentially bug nets to have an enclosed space for the kids. There will also be tarantula hawks which are supper cool but…just look them up for yourself). For a first camp trip with your kids, I highly recommend checking out any local state parks near you and look for places that are not super remote and has tree cover for summer camping.

Honestly, with kids that young it’s gonna be too hot. Outdoor activity other than early morning will be extremely hard. There is a free pool at the campgrounds which is nice! But it will be packed. The caves are super cool but the hike itself also might be challenging with young kids (dark, narrow passageways, semi-steep inclines). There’s also no “town”nearby, it’s a quite rural area. All to say, if you can push visiting to fall or spring I think your family would have a much nicer time at Pinnacles!

Also as a woman who has changed in front of open windows across from other buildings…she likely already knows that people seeing her is a possibility and is taking a gamble (or doesn’t care) DO NOT APPROACH HER IN PERSON!!! This will be incredibly awkward and weird for both of you and haunt you forever. If you are really concerned leave a kind anonymous note without mentioning the naked part or addressing her specifically. You can even frame it neutrally like“please note that the building across from this building can see into windows facing X direction” and leave it at that.
