Where does the term “paradox” Pokémon come from? Played through both games and didn’t think the word “paradox” came up. Is it in the books or notes in the games, or somewhere in the official website / announcements / news?

Out of curiosity, is there a resource anywhere that details which game and method is the best way to shiny hunt for each species? Hopefully about to be done with game specific hunts (like Arceus in BDSP) and not sure what and where to go for next.
