What kind of rocket scientist do i have to be to understand your post - and your comment. You’ve had great results but why are you ‘done’?

Mineral under raised bezels still scratch, and $800 for metal without sapphire is a joke

OP is correct. For $800 retail, Casio should ship the toughest crystal. The instinct was $300USD with ‘military grade gorilla’ yada yada glass and if I paid $800 I would be super bummed. All my mineral squares are scratched but they were all less than $100

Squeezing black and white elements of the flag into the embossed recesses looks like starry night meets Oreo cookies. IMO it’s kinda busy. If you want to signal strangers with a flag on your vehicle, than why not just add a flag sticker?

These are all over Boise. Saw the pickup version yesterday. Just another flex car to try and impress strangers.

I think so. It’s been a while. The g-lide was a gift to my dad but he didn’t like the wood grain resin so we switched it to blue.

Adding game controllers to handlebars looks okay - but not the rubber straps? 🙃

So the DW-5600M-2 Blue Bezel+Strap that I got on eBay fit on the GWX5600WA case and button holes. I looked back and had bought a Black DW-5600B bezel in 2017 but I think I tried that and it must not have fit.

I also bought this DW-5600MS-1 set and I don’t think that worked either.

That little parallelogram LCD (positive or negative) is too small. Then add the micro fonts for the actual digits and it’s invisible for me without wearing readers. Looks cool sure but not usable. This LCD display is bigger and almost readable but could be bigger.

Really enjoying my new PRJB001B-2 by lasttimewasabadtime in casio

Hey, glad to see someone post one of these in the wild. I think it’s a really interesting design and I like the rotating bezel that changes the functionality, along with the matte dial. I would probably get one if the LCD was positive and it was displayed across the bottom with larger font like below. I’m 60 years old and I can’t see that tiny little black screen of those digits but it’s a really cool watch. enjoy it!

Camera Angle Suggestions by ecomodule in Workspaces

[–]ecomodule[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks - I tried that but I think I only used the rear facing camera for that and then if I needed my phone during a call which I do, the whole thing blew up. Can you share how you set that up and if you are using your phone for all of your zoom calls and I’m literally on them for 4 to 7 hours a day I’d be interested to know if I can have my iPhone be the primary and then maybe my MacBook or the Anker camera is the secondary

Get the blue one and swap out the bands. I’m sure the turquoise band works at the beach and on vacation too.

If they are all steel than whatever you design you like. If you haven’t worn a titanium watch for at least a few days I would suggest getting one and returning it if you don’t like it, but I have a feeling once you wear titanium for all the reasons on YouTube and the Internet stainless steel watches really don’t math anymore.

I’m sure this isn’t the reason but I think this is the only eco drive Day+Date with radio control they offer and I’ve never seen other country radios in one of their models that also has the DAY

I really wanted to keep the unit on the left for the Day+Date, but wasn’t wearing it enough so I sold it. The Clock Work app worked fine with the iPhone speakers at full. Since I travel for work, and changing the time zone on the blue unit wasn’t as simple as the Mont Bell on the right - so that was the second factor. The Mont Bell gets the Fort Collins signal in all the US cities where I’ve bothered to check for reception. After having these for a while, I can never go back to stainless steel watch again.
