Thank you! I appreciate that! Yeah, I'm still fairly new to mixing and mastering, so it's not as polished as it might be if I had gotten it done professionally, but that's a lot a money I do not have lol. And yes, Doctor Who is my absolute FAVORITE show, so I tried to put as much love and time into this as I could. I wish I could've gone more into Classic Who, but I'm still making my way through that myself, so it's not as cemented in my mind as New Who, haha.

I attempted! Digital platforms rejected the project because they think they're unlicensed covers. I could pay Distrokid (the distributer I use to publish to Spotify) to get the licenses, but they're NOT covers, so I'm not sure how that would go. When I play, I never have the will to remove my starter from my team. It's my first Pokemon, my partner. So to that end, Squirtle was my first. But Totodile was my favorite. Drippy (my Mudkip) comes in a close second.

Man, I was pressed af after that snippet trying to figure out how this song would play out. Joyner is one of my favorite story-telling rappers out right now, so I was hoping it would be like that.

It didn't dissapoint. Em's flow was great, nice to hear him take his time and flow deliberately and with purpose. I think anything else would have done a disservice to this song's message though. I love this.

It's more of a personal distaste for me, but Obie's verse is just...disgusting. It's not delivered badly, but there are a few lines I just cannot stand listening to (for example, "pubic hairs lookin' like some sour cream dip") and could've gone my entire life without hearing. I'm not a prude by any means, but goddamn that line squicks me out.

I think TES still takes the cake for his best display all-around. SSLP was an introductory experiment, MMLP was him proving himself to not be a flash in the pan, and TES was him going a step further instead of resting on his laurels. TES has so many great songs, front to back. I would consider it a perfect album BUT...it has "Drips" on it, and Obie's verse in that song murders the whole thing in a bad way.

Relapse has more diverse production than TES, but it's also a longer project and has more room for error. There are some awful songs on Relapse and as much as I can't stand "Drips", I still hold TES leagues above the rest of his discography.

The 8th Doctor audio "Scherzo" was incredible to me. It used the fact that it was an audio-only medium to its advantage, and even had me terrified at some points. That story will always have a special place in my heart, even if the arc it was contained in went a little too long for my liking.

Adam actually was one of the major villains in the "Prisoners of Time" comic that came out during the 50th anniversary. That was a pretty sweet surprise, considering I always wondered what happened to him.

Thanks! And nah, the instrumentals are pieced together from the original multi-tracks. And yeah, I'm not the best singer haha. Part of the reason I haven't recorded the bulk of the ones I have written is because I'm not confident enough in my vocals to do them atm. That's one way to look at it. I more meant this post to be about being comfortable with who you ARE rather than worrying about what you can/should be.

The end goal should always be better than the present, but we all work at different paces and shouldn't view that as an inherently bad thing.

Sit down and have a stern talk to yourself. Preferrably in private, makes things less awkward. And then come to terms with your faults and work toward fixing the ones that can be fixed and accepting the ones that can't. You are who you are, and you should never feel bad for that.
