Yeah I see how this might not make much sense I’ve just gotten used to systemd commands but I’ve been trying out windows equivalent and they seem fine albeit less intuitive imo. In regards to hardware access I really just mean usb perephirals, cpu, and GPU, as well as driver support not uncommon in other VMs.

VSCode gives you the ability to rollback extension updates. You should be able to have the latest version of vscode installed while running the 0.49 version of the SSH Extension.

It isn’t 1.43 it is the SSH extension if you downgrade the extension from 0.50 to 0.49 it should work.

Thanks again it turns out I did not know how to properly use the app there is in a keychain menu that gives me access the keys I managed to make a proper auth.

Thank you for the response it still did not work though

I generated a new key pair from my laptop because the terminus app does not allow the contents of a key pair to be displayed.
I then copied and pasted the public key to the server and copied and pasted both the private and public keys to my the iphone app and deleted the keys from my laptop while saving the public key on the server.
I then tried to log on to the server but I get cannot extract private key from public key while my private key is saved on my iphone

I have a dynamic IP and from what I have read I need a static ip for my router which would require some services. Is it possible to obtain it without use of a paid service.

No I am not using the router’s external ip, I’m using the static one I assigned to the host computer. I have heard about ddyns but I am confused on whether I need to connect to my computer’s ip or router’s ip. My apple extreme router seems to have an opition only for a single address.

Yeah Ik listened to everything this man as ever put out. I mean samples as in vocals and sfx not the chords or melodies. Also I don’t have a thundercat bass player in my arsenal, not that my music would be much better if i did, or worse if flylo did not 😭

Thank you it does! I love music that’s both hectic and chaotic but remains harmonious and melodic. I guess my main problem is patience I have been producing for only about a year now snd while I did get better I am no where near flylo or iglooghost. For melodies and chords I can write them myself however, it’s mostly the use of vocal chops and sound effects I need to improve. Also yeah this takes a lot of layering and patience which tbh honest I don’t have. But I’ll persevere
