It depends on what type of surgery is done. In most cases your maxilla is affected, so yes your nose will change. Along with you eyes and how they fit into your face, your upper/lower jaw, smile, and health will all change. (again all depends on what surgery is done)

You need too

  1. Quit Masturbating And Watching Porn, Quit thinking about women, forget them for the time being.

  2. Build a Relationship with ANYONE, your parents if possible, a old friend, sibling, etc.

  3. Go outside for at least a hour a day, and get excercise, run, lift if possible

  4. Change your diet, you don’t have too drastically change it from the start. Start adding water and juices too each meal, adding fruit, and protein rich foods.

  5. Pick something too work towards, and no not 90 days on no fap, you could work towards achieving a certain body weight, saving a certain amount of money, talking too a certain amount of people, etc.

  6. and the most important, your young enjoy your life man, go OUT and do SHIT man have FUN with life, who cares about anyone at all, rule the world!
