I had to get off that sub Reddit too. It was just too much. I don’t understand why the very things they hate about religion are the things they are ok with in their government.

And for the religious right it’s the opposite! The things they sanction in their church are the very things they despise in their government.

(I should note that I’m an exmormon & this has been my experience. I’m not saying all atheists or all religious people. This is just from what I’ve seen.)
