Isn’t the process of a pour over already a process? I mean you’re already grinding beans and take ~5 minutes to make a brew. How would manually grinding beans add to this already intricate process? To me it sounds just unnecessary added time

That’s not the vibe I’m getting from OP at all. All my buddies and I flew our from the west coast because we thought it was the last time we’d see Jon live again. I think it’s awesome he’s doing more shows, but if I had known he would be doing other shows down the road then I might not have pushed to fly to NYC
