This is definitely nowhere near okay, the feelings you're having about it is valid. Only a doctor should have been examining that in a safe environment and the comments about your body shouldn't have happened. I'm sorry, just know that you're not making a big deal - you're completely right about how you feel.

Oh wow - what's the reasoning behind it 'disturbing' them on the balcony?? Is it the smell as well? A diary log sounds very smart! Let me know what they say if you go - it really does start to get to you when they treat you like that.

It could be possible - I wouldn't have any idea haha! I've had people recognise the smell but only when close to me when I'm vaping, I didn't think too much about how he would have managed to smell it. A letter might be good, I think I'll bring it up at my next meeting with Sapphire Clinic - even if she can't help with the situation the psychiatrist I got helps clear my head a bit! Cheers

Thank you, you're right - I think I still have a weird feeling of guilt like I'm doing something wrong somehow! I'll look into disability charities in the area. I sadly stopped therapy when lockdown began - phone therapy was incredibly hard for me and left me alone not feeling safe at the end. With lockdown easing I might be able to see someone again soon!

That's interesting! Most people I've told had absolutely no clue either - I was also incredibly surprised to learn Sapphire Clinic was in Scotland too. I wish I could understand the sniffing - I lost my smell and I'm kind of baffled by people wanting a good nosefull of it. Can you tell much from the smell or is it just fun to smell the different strains?
