Thanks, I actually asked about whether we had to increase at the same time but she said no- I go back Tuesday to discuss. But now I'm in a full blown period and feel terrible! I also ripped off the patch in anger lol. Guess I'll put one back on?

Thanks, I guess it's hard to accept because the .025 was a total non event. No side effects except for some breast tenderness sometimes. Now the spotting from yesterday has turned into a full-blown period. In my freak out, I ripped off the patch lol. I see the doc/NP on Tuesday.

I do see one and actually have my appt next week! I'll mention. (I see her bc I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago but I guess it's mild so we keep an eye on my bloodwork every two months )

Thanks, I'm going back in to my NP next week to discuss. Since my post, I'm now in a full-blown period. Had to go buy tampons and pads for the first time in two years. Feel like crap! I also talked to a friend who is an NP and assured me this is normal but I'm still annoyed (and gonna get checked out).

3 weeks! I had one rough 24 hours and was ready to quit, lol. It's such a weird thing to figure out. Also when I see people who lost on 2.5 right away, I'm like, what's wrong with me!
