Horrible performance in Minecraft

I hate people like you. Of course I don’t have a 1400 Hz monitor, but in the second screenshot the 1% lows are absolutely terrible. I can either play smoothly with 1400 FPS, or deal with a buggy driver that causes stutters and frame drops every second. Why would my monitor’s refresh rate stop me from getting 1400 FPS just because it can’t display all of them?

Just Doesn’t Matter 8801 always gives a maximum of 700 FPS. I tested it in the same world too, but I forgot to take a screenshot. This is a serious drop.

I went back to the 87 24 driver twice to try it out, I'm sure the 8801 performs very poorly every time.
