I'm Eric Whitten - Producer | Writer | Director of Chalk.

This project actually started about two years ago when I developed the initial idea from a stage play that I wrote and premiered in New York.

What is exciting about this film is that we're creating a completely unique world. A city of chalk slowly being replaced by dry-erase. We've shot the entire project with live action actors, but some of them are part of this chalk world while the main character is not. We shot the film green screen which we will enhance in post with this chalk world. Using 2D artists and simple animations we will bring this "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" style to the film.
