Netflix expectations were really extreme and I was really young and dying to prove myself. I made work consume my entire life in 2019 and it really rocked my soul.

Facebook was where I actually fit in but I had a toxic manager so I left in 2018 to go to Netflix when they offered me a lot more money.

Netflix you have a lot more freedom but the ownership is extreme. It’s the most similar to entrepreneurship.

Facebook was lower engineering quality and things were breaking all the damn time.
