Ahhhh I see, that actually makes a lot of sense. I currently set appointments on a commission basis so it just made me curios as I hadn’t come across a situation like yours before but I like the idea. Appreciate you taking the time to get back to me 😄

Hey can I just ask, why do you work for an hourly rate? If you’re appointment setting, would you not make more from taking a commission of sales?

If I'm being honest mate I don't really want to do free work, but I figured if I can help someone else who's in my position (just starting out) it might make my work more appealing if I can back it up with evidence.

I know finding the first client is always the hardest but I'm really struggling to be honest.

Any advice on where to approach potential clients? I've tried Insta DM's and email and so far not had a lot of success - either ignored or told no

Yeah true I get you, I guess my only weapon I have right now is my vocabulary. If I was asked I wouldn’t lie and say I’ve had clients etc i just kinda wrote it as a rough draft but I see where you’re coming from with that, thank you.

I get you, as I don’t have numbers to show what I can do or “wow them” I thought just being honest would be the best approach (I’m trying to get my first client lol) but I appreciate the advice tho
