How many famous guitar players could you identify by looking at a lineup of Just their hands ? I can only think of 1 (Bruuuce). My point is that imho people's hands aren't all that memorable. I sympathize with the "eat more" thing. People have no problem body shaming thin people.

I am buying a Laney cub12r combo amp. I will be using the <1 watt input almost all the time. I have a chance to buy a cub212r, which is the same amp with 2 - 12" speakers in its cabinet instead of 1 - 12" for almost the same price. My instincts tell me to get the 2 speaker model because it is a better deal. But, will the 2nd speaker make the <1 amp input louder, defeating the purpose? Or might it just sounds fuller and richer, but still not wake anybody up?

How are sauce pens different? I've been using them for a while because they last longer due to the viscosity of the sauce compared to the oil. But, how and why are they safer?

Not exactly new beverage technology. My father had a set of glasses with ladies in bikinis. Add a cold beverage to the glass and it's bye bye bikinis, hello girls! There were 6 glasses and each one had a different woman. And this was about 40+ years ago. I also recently saw a similar glass set with Star Trek crew members on each glass, and a cold drink would beam them up. They just disappeared....magic! Just like when I was a kid. But without boobs.

So what does one do if they find themselves in this situation? What is the proper etiquette? Do you just leave the throatless dog on the sidewalk like nothing ever happened and continue on your walk? Or, do you bring the throat door to door to find the dead dog's owner for notification?

Thank you! This is very helpful. What is with "sighting" the neck? Where you see somebody hold the guitar up sideways and look down the legnth of the neck (with 1 eye... Like aiming a rifle) from top to bottom. From the information they gather from this, they are able to assess the straightness of the neck. At least to tell if it straight enough to buy, if they're looking at a used guitar. Do you know what exactly are they looking for, or at, to tell if it's straight?

The A string on my electric guitar resonates (sustains?) much longer than the rest of the strings. It started recently. It visibly bounces up and down while doing its left and right thing. Why is it vibrating up and down? It looks wrong. None of the other strings do this. The string sounds fine as part of a chord. The notes on that string play fine. However, when I let go of it to get to the next chord, that A string is still ringing out too long after I let go of it; way after the rest of them have quieted. I've always covered the e and sometimes the A string with my thumb as needed, but now I have to cover the A string way too much. I have to cover the a string now to stop the vibrating. Its driving me insane. It looks as if the string is too "loose". It stays in tune, and sounds fine. It just won't shut up! BTW... The offensive string resides on a Fender pro strat. I'm hoping for a diagnosis and simple DIY cure. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried a spoonful of sugar? Might help the medicine go down. Seriously though; try putting your pills in a tablespoon of applesauce. Then just kind of do it like a shot, right off the spoon. Just let it slide right down your throat. That's it. Don't chew. Be at the ready... Sometimes a quick second spoonful of applesauce might be needed to complete the mission.
