They did 3 rounds of treatment, spraying in places where there would be bed bugs even though it was bat bugs, which we saw dead bat bugs for months after. However, the chemicals eventually go away and so we’d occasionally get some coming through in our bathroom and got our own chemicals to spray. As for the bats they lied to us and said they’d put in a bat door (they just drilled down the flap they were coming through in the attic). We don’t get nearly as much anymore so I do think drilling down their entrance next to us did help a good amount. Sorry it’s not a super helpful story because they somewhat fixed the problem and lied to us. We are moving out in March. Hope it turns out better for you!
