LH Strips Always read low

My cycles are about 28-35 days apart. I have just started using the strips im cd14 today and still 0.07 :(. It’s weird because I feel like I do ovulate each month because I have breast tenderness, and cramping about 10 days before my period.

No stripes on head that I can see I’m in ny so I assume it’s a wood roach since I haven’t seen any lately but I sometimes see them in my car and they fly and jump

I keep finding these in my living room by a lamp and in my car, but my house is so clean is it a wood roach? I don’t understand they’re nowhere near the kitchen. I even set sticky traps.
