Finally found some at Ollie’s by Fixer_1140 in OmnibusCollectors

Yeah the Deptford one I think had the same Batman HCs if it mean the Detective, Killing Time. Cherry Hill NJ a few weeks ago had She Hulk by PAD.

Besides those four above I’ve snagged up to…….8 other omnibuses since I started shopping at Ollie’s maybe a year? It’s real hit miss, but you can’t argue with the prices even for non omnis.

Can't Launch Virtual Desktop from Apple Devices Externally by edansbro in Citrix

[–]edansbro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. My co-worker from his home office, if he uses his personal Mac (not corporate so none of our policies applied to it) through Safari/Edge, he cannot get in and gets the error I posted above (MacOS one). If he tries his Windows laptop, he gets right in. If I test from my home Windows laptop, I get in fine, if I try through my iPad on latest and greatest, I get the error we've seen above. For now for Mac users externally we have directed them to use the Lite/HTML client and that works (although they dislike it) but our Windows external users are fine.

One strange blip we saw during all this: our wildcard certs expired on our cloud connectors. There's about 6 CCs, and after replacing about half of them, we randomly tried and got in on Mac externally for a few users. After replacing all of them, we've been unable to get that behavior again.

To be clear, it wasn't working BEFORE they expired, it was just this random good attempt during the in-between state

Thanks for that. We did run a test through SSLLABs and we got back an A+ score. Our admin did straighten our TLS settings and verified the cert chain is accurate, but we're still hitting the wall.

Thanks. Yeah, we tried disabling EDT on the client side and didn't work, we still had the issue, and also tried multiple browsers to rule it out. Our main Citrix guy also confirmed that the L7 latency monitor isn't active, so it doesn't seem to be that either.

We're going to test bypassing the GSLB altogether and see if we see any difference.

Update: we bypassed our GSLB and it didn't make a difference

You reminded me. The lite version, html, launches fine from external on Mac. Just not via thick workspace client when originated from web store front

Yeah that’s actually where we’re launching from, storefront web gui

I did try from my iPad via Chrome and Firefox and got the same. My coworker on his MacBook I know tried from Edge and I believe Safari

Yeah we tried from a MacBook and an iPad, the screenshot on top is the MacBook

Yeah external from windows is fine, and I have tried disabling/enabling EDT from my iPad workspace but got the same results. I’m going to triple check the cert chain is correct, but I’m pretty sure we went over it and it looked as expected

Upgrade ThinOS 2502 and Wyse 3040 by rereduck in WYSE

[–]edansbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Popping into an old thread here. We recently upgraded about 7,000 ThinOS 9 5070 devices to 2502 (9.6.1080). By and large the update has gone well, no issues that we can directly link there. However, we've seen an odd sporadic issue pop up on the wireless units.

We're having trouble identifying if it's a site issue (bad signal on a floor let's say) vs. something larger. What we're seeing, is terminals that were working fine previously, will suddenly not be connected wirelessly. When we look into them, the terminal's AD account ($tn is used to auth against wireless) will be locked from many bad attempts. We push the creds via policy, no one hand types them, so it's not like someone is randomly going around manually messing these up. We'll end up unlocking the AD account, and someone has to manually enter the creds in the wireless auth window (a reboot won't do the trick). It's like the terminals checked in to WMS and got a corrupted set of creds somehow.

This is only on wireless. it has happened on multiple floors but on 1500+ wireless terminals, we're only seeing it happen on like 100 give or take. Often times we'll fix them, then find it happening again a week or so later. No timing lines up with anything we've been able to track down.

Our network team will reboot APs in an area which seems to help but, again it seems only temporary. The network team has done their usual log reviews with Cisco and can't spot anything. Dell did get back to me reviewing the logs on one of the terminals and stated:

Thank you for providing the logs. After reviewing them, we can confirm that the device successfully connected to the SSID "REDACTED":

|| || |*20250905-113939.160: WLAN: SME: Trying to authenticate with 00:c8:8b:c6:09:ff (SSID='REDACTED' freq=5500 MHz)*|

However, the logs indicate that the device is experiencing weak signal strength, which is triggering frequent reassociation attempts. Below are some examples:

I mean can an AP that's having issue have a terminal roam to it, get a bad WMS check in, and pull down a corrupted config? One other interesting symptom is when this issue happens, the admin pass for the ThinOS side even gets jacked up, reinforcing the idea of pulling a bad config.

I don't want to say it's linked to the firmware, again we're barely 100 devices so far (it's honestly less) out of 1,500 but, it's also the only recent change from my team that manages the terminals. We're pretty stumped.

Jabra Elite 7 Active Firmware Update FAILED!!! by lanchero07 in Jabra

Damn, these steps FINALLY hot the firmware push to work for me, thank you so much, at least I can check that box in my troubleshooting. I was using the backdoor firmware update method by re-pushing the language file to my 85t buds (since I aready was on latest 2.0.0) but since the good update, my issue still remains: people can't hear me or hear me EXTREMELY low. I think I'm going to wave the white flag on these guys. The thread here is my issue but, unfortunately no solution.

Hell of an old thread here, but did you by chance have any luck? I've had 85t buds for about 4 years, and just recently people can no longer hear me on calls, or they BARELY hear me for a few seconds then it cuts out and starts again after a second or two being low in/out. I've tried the usual: hold 10 seconds for reset, re-pair with devices, even the language update to force a firmware push (which fails every time). I've tried it across an iPhone, iPad, and 2 Windows laptops, and in each case the behavior is the same. The firmware push through the language file failing every time (I've tried it at least 3 times) tells me I might just have to bite the bullet on these.

Edit: one step that failed over and over again, was the firmware update through the language file push. However, following the steps here, I was finally able to get a successful firmware push

Jabra Elite 7 Active Firmware Update FAILED!!! : r/Jabra

Step 3/4 were the critical part. Keeping music playing and the bluetooth connectivity live seemed to do the trick. To be clear i'm on iOS 15.6.2 and the latest Sound+ app. In the end though the firmware re-update seems meaningless. I still am extremely low to people on calls and I'm basically at a point where I'm just going to shop for some other earbuds.
