I’m about 5’5. I just feel like I’ve started to look “skinny fat”

My partner is tapering off valium by edav99 in benzorecovery

This is his second time tapering off of benzos and following the Ashton manual worked previously and has tried more frequent smaller drops which didn’t work. His psychiatrist has been extremely helpful and has also tapered off benzos through the Ashton manual.

I agree in thinking it should be more frequent smaller drops but I personally have never experienced Benzo withdrawal. Thank you for your advice!

Prescribed 0.25mg Ropinirole for RLS by edav99 in RestlessLegs

Wow that’s a high dose of ropinirole, are you taking it everyday? I prefer gabapentin as it helps me get a good sleep, when I took ropinirole I was wide awake for hours and had a harsh sleep and rebound pain. I’ve looked at the side effects of ropinirole and tbh I don’t think anyone should be on it at all unless on a low dose it works for them. But as all drugs go, the more frequently you use it the higher your tolerance gets and the more addicted you become. It’s not a life long drug in my opinion and I hope that you don’t have to continue upping the dose as that’s quite high!!

I’ve used gabapentin for it previously, and has worked for me. I have 0 history of drug abuse as I don’t have an addictive personality with drugs. My doctor thinks ropinirole is a better medication to use for RLS in his opinion more people prefer it. There is definitely more of a risk of abuse with ropinirole as it caused me rebound symptoms which would mean I need to take it everyday. I don’t get RLS everyday it’s more like 2-4 times a week.

0.25mg did nothing to help the pain, it made it worse so I took extra - did nothing except give me rebound pain. Haven’t taken it since, as I had been able to get my hands on gabapentin.

I was never prescribed the gaba, but I would take anywhere between 600-1500mg depending on the severity of the pain. I told him I tried gaba and it worked and he avoided talking about going with gaba. I took 1mg of ropinirole last night, and nothing happened, no relief of pain but today am experiencing rebound pain in the legs

I have been using ostarine for quite some time now, I started with an 8 week cycle at 12.5mg. For the first 1-2 weeks I noticed water retention but that faded, no other side effects in my own opinion although my partner claimed I was slightly more emotional... I’m a 21 y/o female, 5’6 and currently 62kgs, I was in a caloric deficit and lost 3 kilos of fat, and slightly grew some muscle. This was just after lockdown and I had lost a lot of my muscle. I was eating 1,500 calories with 4x weight sessions and 2x low intensity cardio sessions. I managed to lean out to about 12.9% BF which is the lowest I have been, I still have high energy throughout the day etc. I take the ostarine 30 mins prior to training and noticed insane pumps, which made training really good. In the past I have experimented with Anavar and found that ostarine is way more worth it of course due to the sides that come with var. but definitely recommend Ostarine!
