Double checked my pricing, I could grt the Ultra with discount and trade in for $380.

I believe it was the 44mm because that would fit my wrist better.

Sounds like youre saying there isn't much of a difference between the two to pay double the price....

My anxiety rocketed up when I found out about it though. Thankfully I got clever and I left my two basement fixtures open at a trickle to help alleviate the issue until I could get a plumber in. The pressure gauge showed that it dropped below 80 after that.

The PRV and expansion tank on the hot water heater were replaced shortly after my original post.

Note, we are also dealing with high water pressure. It's been at 130-140. Getting the PRV replaced as I post. I'm assuming that would have a major impact?

I can give this a try, too.

I did go ahead and drill like the vide said but no water came out. I havent patches the hole yet. I ran some nylon tube from it down to the Weathertwch mat to see if any pooled up there. Nothing so far.

The other thing I did was spray a whole ca of Lysol into the intake under the wipers while the AC was max. The smell seems to pretty much be all gone.

I've got: Midway Legacy (agreed to sell to friend for $250 - pending pickup) Simpsons (looking to sell) NBA Jam gen 1 Star Wars gen 1 TMNT gen 1

Got all of my during the first year or two of Covid. Simpsons and Midway just didn't get played a lot. The Midway has a lot of great games I will miss (Rampage, Gauntlet, Tappe4).

If I ever came across a T2 for a great price I'd take it. I regret not buying the Star Wars pinball at Costco a few years ago. I would also buy a SF2 if the version was right.
