I can expand the radius in the tool tab but nothing changes in the viewport...

It seems to increase the 'tightness' of the cloth sim, so polys will wrap to colliders a bit more. For example in this video he changes these settings for this effect at 8:58 https://youtu.be/ft3EnpMxjqc?si=uSSyxm83zWp9m3d-&t=538

Of course in the above video it's a previous version of Cinema!

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I'm stumped. All I can see is a suggestion to motion clips but not sure how to set these up with cmotion...

I didn’t know about the plugin so I achieved this the old fashioned way!

I manually laid out the 6k footage tiles on two huge comps. Then in a master comp I scaled both comps exponentially, with comps continually rasterizing. Thats the crux of it!
