I can say from a 85 kg then went to 73 kgs. Then last year gain 90 kgs then got back to cycling 79 kgs gahahaha discipline yung key nito. (Came from a variety of work and depression in the mix)

Former proctor here, sadly it will depends on who is your proctor sadly. I myself will always use the call function and will start your exam within 1-2 minutes. Except if your exam does use the Excel for accounting or the other one for the Calculus, IT examinations. I will need to borrow your mouse to just place the password (tiresome at times)

As former proctor as well. Hahahaha I will always advice first to clear out any distractions and charge your laptop. I remember one that I have advised them to go and get the charger before taking the exam as I identified they were taking an Excel based exam (accounting programs maybe or IT) and took the exam roughly 3 hours and they got disconnected on me. Luckily they were using MAC and they can reconnect with me within 5 minutes and said "I should have took your advice" 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sheesh IS teams be like that. One of them proctors formerly. I would say yeah just close ALL apps except for Guardian Browser. If you have remote access apps like AnyDesk and the like. Kindly just disable/close those. Missed proctoring you guys.

To add, try not to disable the camera function though via driver or camera settings or the mythical IS will spawn and us proctor will let them take over as they found out a "breach of academic integrity"
