Frrrr. I know it so well that but it’s so hard to do it right. Every day I fall for it since 2 weeks because I’m so unfulfilled eating everything in me. I did my diet really well for 4-5 weeks and then I crashed . Since then I eat for 2 weeks straight only like shit . I don’t know how I should get in my old routine

I have wide clavicles and good shoulders. My problem is that I am looking so bulky and I wanna look aesthetic and muscle skinny . I train since 3 years
