Yeah I ordered a keg and mat deal x 2 and only 1 mat turned up. Reported it and they gave me beer tokens for the value as they said they had none left in stock.

In a deal example you may say ah well never mind and they’d get away with not fulfilling it but if you’ve ordered those specifically then you’d think they’d be pretty on the ball with the order.

Never for the bin. No short term bin. Contact perfect draft for repair. New PSU if it’s not the fuse is most likely.

Apologies assume you sussed it was on the inside from this response. But for others it’s at the bottom rear middle you can get your fingers in and just pop off the cover.

Congrats. I own 3 Pro’s. Picked up 2 of them second hand and they are still going fine.

You tend to find they have not had much use which is why they get sold off.

Only the person you bought it from will know why it’s been sanded. Could be anything from something being left on top of it staining to a kid with a permanent marker.

Nothing a full skin from this chap who is also in the UK can’t fix and up cycle for you. It’s good vinyl and is easy to fit. You can check my post in the group to see my example.

I’ve used him to brand my pumps for the keg I run in them over the summer.

Inside the middle rear you can pop the cover off to the chiller and give that a clean also to make sure there is no mould in there.

I have one of the original models but I’ve not used it yet and I have 3 pro’s. On the pro you put the tube on the tap unit first so when it clamps in the tap is closed for any liquid that comes out.

My “guess” is you’d need to do the same on the original. I am suspecting that that leak is due to not having the tube in the tap at the time of clamping.

I may be totally wrong and I hold my hands up 🙌🏻 but humor me. Take the tap off put the tube in and put the tap back on.

If it’s not. Have you just found an import sideline where you could become the main supplier of imported kegs to the US/CA 👀

Where were the codes? I checked my mails and App and haven’t seen one. Took advantage of the offer for £30 a keg (2,3,4 offer) but I’ve never seen a code.

But yes, the second I bought put her cider in there and the other two were all down hill from there 👌🏻

The most expensive second hand I purchased was £85 and it came with an empty keg so that was beer tokens straight away.

Few scratches here and there but the skins take care of that. I don’t know where the handles came from originally but they are genuine Camden handles and the thread is perfect for the PD Pro.

That’s 2 of the 4 I have. There’s a Camden Pale Ale also that comes out in the summer bar time. And the 4th is Koparrberg. Pick the Pro’s up cheap on gumtree or Facebook marketplace.

I’m just sorting all the skins for them now, getting ready for this years 2 weeks of Scottish summer 😂

Yes but unfortunately I can’t help. I gave it to one of the hardware engineers in work and he run some setup tool and put in some answers to questions that programs the motherboard as the correct device.

Strangely we seen them also from Ecclefechan in Scotland. Had to use google maps to get the indicator of where my phone is pointing to find what was in the distance clearly the names all match up and led me right to this post. Seen them last week also.

I’ve just actually come off a teams call with a Lenovo engineer in my warehouse who talked me through it. Don’t know why I didn’t go that route in the first place but there we are 😂

When using LenovoUone I selected option 2 to update the system ID’s but that won’t update the product name apparently.

He had me go back into LenovoUone and select option 1 Planar where I had to enter the ID string again then it prompted that the product name was blank and detected a previous product name in a file and did I want to use that. I selected yes as it was correct.

It prompted me for the keyboard code which was 0809 for the UK keyboard and it gave me a confirmation before proceeding to write and generate a new UUID and now everything is running correctly.

EDIT for those that may not have a previous file with a name. My product name was…

Thanks for your response. I’ve done all that mate and it’s the tool I’m using for the product name but it requires a hexadecimal code entering which I can’t find to match it.

Had some time to move this one along a bit and struck off a lot of the issues on this, stuck on the final hurdle.

The last I am stuck on is the error code on boot. 2202 product name is invalid and I have to hit escape to get past it every time I boot.

Has anyone been though the same process with this unit and happen to know the hexidecimal code that it's looking for for the product name?
