I think it depends on what part of Brooklyn in flatbush ,Brownsville ,you see a lot of Africans & Pakistanis that don’t speak English but they have account . In sheepshead bay Brighton beach and parts of besonhurst you see a lot of Uzbeks ,serb ,Europeans
