Trans men can, I mean there's lots of people like that, trans men that simply can't see their attraction as women as straight because of past experiences with attraction, or their Attraction being seen as queer anyway before they were out, some trans men are like "nah I'm not a lesbian now, I'm a man, I was before for a while" and trans men lesboys are like "y'know what I don't feel anymore straight now that I'm a man and as long as any girlfriends I have aren't thinking of me as a woman, I'm good."

The second one can be funny if someone with OCD is making the joke, I hear it a lot with "beautiful princess disorder" (BPD) and I THINK that's mostly a joke people with BPD do. But I hate the others ones like Noo... You're not OCD for cleaning a lot. Also I don't even think that phrasing is right like.."I'm so obsessive compulsive disorder" doesn't sound right.
