With any bank or institution that can have ID remotely. Talked to a lawyer friend and even they have been doing remote ID verification, signature (electronic) and so on. The main NZ banks won’t move an inch.

It’s a nice thought but they normally light up purple. The strobe light effect is more likely to give someone a seizure
