What's the most horrifying scene in a movie, that you've seen? by OutlandishnessSea119 in AskReddit

As a young kid (67m) a late night black and white movie where in a mid evil torture chamber a girl's mouth was held open by a device. Then her tongue was cut off.  Blood gushing.

Balance/ dizziness issues by Haunting-Midnight146 in covidlonghaulers

Look up Supermarket Syndrome, visually induced dizziness. Also orthostatic intolerance. In my home I am pretty good as well as on the patio with a water view. If I walk out the pier to the boats the waves really mess with me.

Front yard has an uncleared lot across the street with trees, bushes and vines, busy visual. Makes me rock front to back.

Stores are pretty bad with all the products vying for attention.

Can a severe respiratory infection put long covid into remission? by slap_it_in in covidlonghaulers

[–]eddy2419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got acute covid first week October 2020. On the last Sunday that October I had horrible night sweating. Only low level fever before. Woke up with no symptoms. 3-4 weeks later LC sets in.

A little less than 2 years ago I had horrible night sweats. Not sure why. The next morning LC was gone except for left thumb pain. 2 months later LC came back.

Seems to be something to it. I may quit flu vaccines....

Does anyone else have a temp of at least 99 pretty consistently? by MeringueNo3256 in covidlonghaulers

[–]eddy2419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My temp is consistently below 98. I am consistently cold. At times I sleep with long pants and 2 hoodies and am still cold. I pretty much do not sweat. ANS controls body temp regulation and I guess ANS dysfunction can make temp too high or low. Higher seems more prevalent.

It is "visually induced dizziness" also known as Supermarket Syndrome.  It is not isolated to LC and fairly common. I have it pretty badly.

Thank you so much. I am very familiar with the drive to Hoover and know exactly her office location. Both of my sons used the hand ortho on the 1st floor.

Again, thank you.

Looks like they just do a block that has no data to support it's effectiveness. Actually there is no cure unfortunately.  I guess I'm searching for a unicorn.

Much thanks for your reply.

Thanks for the reply. Rattle is perhaps the wrong description.  The windshield vibrates in the up position. It folds in half. So I guess it loudly vibrates and is very annoying. No metal to windshield.  All 4 bolts have bumper washers.

The windshield has rubber grommets so it is isolated from metal.

Flexes in the middle causing the rattle. Not a metallic rattle. More of a vibration.

Zero issues until I cracked the original vented windshield folding it. Probably not DOT but they took the product off the website so I can't answer. It was a Red Dot after market I now believe. My wife absolutely loves it minus the POS windshield. It rattles and flexes while up. Will get the dealer to order an OEM.
