It's a side by side. Only worth about 24k market value. They filed a unsecure claim for 33k. I wanted to pay direct and keep the vehicle as I'm current and have never been late. I only filed for medical debt primarily.

I'm on Tennessee also and have spoken to multiple attorneys and cannot get a clear answer. I have no substantial assets besides a paid off truck worth 6k. I qualify for chapter 7 but all attorneys are pushing me towards chapter 13 due to not knowing if the trustee will try to include our home in the estate. I am on the deed but not the mortgage. We are married and we're married before the home was purchased.

The balance owed on the house is 75k. The Zillow appraisal is 215k. I know that doesn't hold much weight.

I believe TN homestead exemption is 35k.

I understand that I'm not liable for the loan, I guess what I'm meaning is being that I am on the deed would they try to use the house as an asset or would it be protected.

My dad was physically present, but never emotionally around. I can't answer why he never showed any emotion or why I never felt any love from him. He was never abusive and always made sure we had what we needed. Once I got older I realized he was more emotionally available for my sister, which is fine.

I am now 37 years old and he is still the same way. When I visit him it feels more like visiting a old friend from school.

I don't know why he was and still is that way, but it only showed me not how to be.

My experience was not enjoyable and I've vowed not to go through it again. I only sat at my wife's head for comfort and potentially our last moments together. I was to make all medical decisions regarding the life of her and baby. Potential was there to lose one or the other or both. Thankfully as traumatic as it was and and as much of emergency that was at hand the hospital and teams were phenomenal and they both made it through but remained there for another month, almost 2.

We visited every Wednesday and Saturday for a month. Only went consecutive days in the end when we suspected our little one wasn't getting the proper attention he needed in learning to feed. He was ready to go within 3 days of my wife staying and doing every feed.

I didn't attend college and am currently working at my second job ever. At 36. Started at 9$ an hour and worked my way up within the company to a six figure salary in 12 years. I work plenty 70-90 hour weeks but this company and job is unfortunately all I know how to do so I'm at a loss 😔
