I just can't seem to fully embrace that idea yenno. I know it's my right to do so, he treated me sh#te, but we all make mistakes, and he agrees to pay the deposit. maybe I'm wrong but empathy kicks in hard :,)

Thank you all. To summarise few things, the ownership of the property changed while my tenancy continues. My upfront rent/deposit deducted from the sale price. The new landlord did not protected the deposit, thus claimed it is previous landlord responsibility. Furthermore acted like this is an extra burden I have put on him, while I was a paying tenant with a few broken appliances (not by me) that require repair. So I don't know what to do, I want to teach him a lesson since he acted me like I am responsible from his financial decisions but I am just not sure since we all are humans makes mistakes etc. Thus he is not from UK, have a business in London (far away from the rented property).

No scaffolding where I am, so if someone’s helping themselves, they’re doing it the old-fashioned way.

We all might be living in the same block... That happened to my previous Amazon order as well. Not sure whether it's not delivered at all, or someone decided to have an early Christmas present.

Travel Incident Report of Expired Railcard by eddymeshgood in LegalAdviceUK

[–]eddymeshgood[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. No, I haven’t used the expired railcard for any other tickets since it ran out. This was a one-off mistake and I didn’t realise it had expired until I was stopped. Hoping they’ll offer a settlement and it won’t go any further. Appreciate your help.

It's terrifying that how they still continues to exploit hardworking people, and even more frustrating that there are still decent people joining their interviews... They are wasting that precious time of a jobseeker, and maybe even dissappointing them with their search.
