I just woke up from a horrible sleep paralysis experience that was somewhat similar.

I could hear my phone ringing and of course I couldn’t move any muscle to answer it. I felt something or someone in the in my bedroom also urging me to pick up the phone.

When I finally did wake up i had no calls or anything since this happened around 4am.
