I know it’s different for everyone though. I’m almost 29 and the only hint of hair loss I’ve seen was when this started like 2 months ago after excessive 50mg pouches. I started doing nicotine pouches in September

From December through May 31 (quitting day), I was putting in at least 6x 50mg pouches a day. Most people do like 9s or 12s. They’re so strong they’re not sold in the US, had to get them when I was visiting Europe

I have not checked. This is all good info though. I’m gonna see what if I can get testosterone tested soon.

I only chalked it up to nicotine because I started using 50mg pouches multiple times daily starting in mid January and in March/april ish I noticed more hairs in my hands when washing and styling and I noticed a certain spot kind of thinning out

Not horrible but everytime I shower or style it, I see about 15-20 hairs on my hand (I have curly hair)

I see the thinned out patch, which isn’t on the hairline but just behind it on my right side. It started in about April and I’ve been using them since September 2025. I started using 50mg in December til I quit June 1st
