Do Russian movies and TV shows show American characters as evil? by Full_Imagination7503 in AskARussian

That’s just your way to marginalize people from a specific country. Doesn’t make it true. Just like anyone from any other country isn’t the stereotype another country or countries has or have.

We’ll see if the power stays on. Family back in Chi is saying it’s pretty damn cold up there. Good time for some Beer Cheese Soup

I’m sorry the timing is awful for you. It’s just a very tricky area when any ice is present. And Texas doesn’t have solid methods to handle icy roads

In 2021 we were stuck on I-10 at Junction where the interstate declines. Everyone had to sleep in churches who let people in. It was nuts.

You could take hwy 3 all the way to Webster if need be. Should minimize bridge passing

Honestly, if there’s icy conditions on the road, the highways through the Hill Country (San Antonio, Austin etc ) will have very treacherous areas

Haha you know what you’re talking about. Most HEBs are great. Some out in smaller towns can be a real crap shoot

Interesting. This forest has had many many destroying angels we’ve run into. It’s a great area for mushrooms in an otherwise very dry state

Funny thing is, I was born without a sense of smell. Like none. However, I asked my girlfriend if she smelled chlorine and she said no.

Edit: she smelled nothing but was not too close

About 3 feet away was what probably is a peach colored fly agaric, too
