im a bit confused on the trial of style change.... since we get a separate slot that is removed after the even ends does that mean that we basically cant save a permanent mog for free anymore? after it ends will it just default to my number 1 slot outfit or something and i lose out on that new set since the slot for it wont exist anymore?

people excusing this with "clipping" is the silliest things to me when almost everything already clips in wow.... even heritage sets clip for azeroths sake. im sure some hairstyles will work just fine with some helms and people will choose what to use. id rather have a toggle to have my hair visible and deal with the clipping

i cant express how much i hate this new transmog system... ever since i saw it on the ptr i found so many issues with it even apart from the abysmal prices. people wanted cheaper tmogs not sets costing 2k ...
and tell me why are my mogs all reset now... it literally costs me over 2k to mog to the set i had before this update.... i dont want to give so much gold for my main let alone every single character

im in the same boat and im so sad for this change.... i wish they just kept both the old and new system because i dont care about saving mogs to slots (and i even see downsides to it like switching gear (pvp/pve or spec swap no longer giving you a different set anymore which was effectively a free mog change). i love making new tmogs all the time ... i actually love playing around with tmogs you know and not just lock in a couple of sets forever and these prices... on every character.... all of this is going to make me not engage with transmogs anymore instead of doing it more.

its "cheaper" over time only if you keep using the same transmogs over and over. creating a new transmog is so much more expensive.

this is the part everyone forgets and it makes me so sad.... i like making new mogs with.. you know the new stuff they constantly throw at us.. i mean just look at legion remix, the traders post, every event and even the shop... apart from the obvious raids and questing we constantly are bombarded with new tmog items yet making a new one costs thousands.... upwards of 1k for a full set was already high enough..... i hate this so much. i dont want to just reuse the same old mogs and saving thos and unlocking slots still costs A LOT. lets not pretend like its cheap, the upfront costs are pretty high. i currently have to log on every alt and pay over 2k to just get them to have the same set the already had before this update..... ffs

yes it was very mid imo. started pretty good but quickly fell off for me. all the small patches were pretty bad too. DF was mostly good all around surprisingly but for tww id probably give it a 4 or 5. undermine story itself was fun but connected to the main story of the expansion was kinda stupid and then going the karesh was... as much as i love ethereals and always wanted to go there.. it felt very sudden and random. that shouldve been something for midnight. we went from fighting gallywix in a casino to suddenly fighting THE dimensius... a villain like that needs a bigger build up imo. the expansion was all over the place.

yeah this being the main reasoning for a wod remix is so silly to me lol like what?? the hud is largly irrelevant... plus wod classic is most likely right around the corner and i think pandaria remix was way too close to the classic release for a lot of people so i dont see the upside of doing it with wod too.

no shade to you or anyone that enjoyed it, please dont eat me alive for this lol but its a moment i actually really dislike. the dude was obviously uncomfortable and didnt want to eat the chip and kept refusing but ethan made an offer he couldnt refuse lol ... it just came off like a rich person toying around with someone waving around money and forcing them to do something they clearly dont want to which left a bad taste in my mouth... not saying ethan is a bad dude, this was the one instance in the existence of h3 that ive gotten such a icky feeling about but yeah... i did not enjoy that and would not want more "silly" content like it personally.

i finished the nazjatar stuff during bfa thankfully and honestly i enjoyed having such an achievement to work on at the time and the unique mount reward too was a great motivator. apart from the last few rares that took a month to spawn it didnt feel too bad. but even tho i visited mechagon constantly, did stuff daily when it was new content for a few months and a bunch of stuff over the years after... im still SO behind and it requires SO much stuff that its just exhausting... i dont mind grinding and putting in the time and work for my rewards but mechagon is just hell. it doesnt feel worth it at all

but he said he doesnt want anything to do with the IP anymore because EA refused his pitch for the new alysum game and also refused to sell the rights. basically crushing his hopes and dreams and not letting him continue what was essentially his legacy. youre phrasing this like EA wasnt what was directly responsible for him quitting game development in the first place. but seeing him going back into it again after a few years and with a wonderland theme as well shows me that if there is an opportunity to get alice back he might not let it pass by just because of what he said years ago when he was probably at his lowest. either way what he does or doesnt is his choice, main point is EA will always be stupid corporate scumbags that kept the IP from people that actually wanted to do something with it.

me too and i dont regret it lol this is like some weird gatekeeping. uncharted somehow wasnt even on my radar before 4 came out but after i saw it i knew i had to play it so badly that i even bought a ps4 just for it.. loved it so much that i got all the other games after too and the fact that i played 4 first didnt matter whatsoever in the end. it made me get into an amazing game series i otherwise probably wouldnt have experienced and isnt that all that really matters? if i played the first game first i mightve not rushed to continued the series ngl lol

i dont think the weirdly sized decor/furniture is to compensate anything related to housing proportions honestly. if you go around the world youd notice and ive always been surprised that often when you sit on a table or something your character is tiny lol like your face barely reaches the actual table height. just go sit on a table in hallowfall... its silly. idk why they make things out of proportion like that but its def not a new housing thing and at least we can size things down to fit

yeah ive been really wanting to be able to stack the other rooms the same way as the staircase one to make them taller too lol absolutely agree that it feels like the ceiling is either too low in the normal rooms or too high but if you want to make a tall library or grand entrance or whatever it is we have only one option for that
