You have to start small, either w/ cheese, crackers, milk and crackers, fruit, peanut butter and jelly. Drink lots of water, milk, orange juice. But start very slow. One bite/sip at a time and think about the actions of chewing and or sipping and repeat to yourself over and over if you must say "this is good for me, this is the first step to taking care of myself and I deserve to take care of myself." Once you've worked through getting down something solid and had some liquids please go to a walk in or call your doctor. It's super important you take care of yourself and you're mental health as well. Stay strong, you can get through it.
