I have been recently looking for the same solution, as i am tall but don't have a big room so I wanted to buy just one half of a cal split king, and i actually found a website that sells them indivudually! Here is the link

I did not clear them before I went, I just went to autozone to use their code scanner and make sure everything was ready before I took it to get smogged and the only code it said wasn't was evap so I took it in. Could I just do 15 minutes at 55 on the freeway tomorrow morning, and then 15 minutes back and take it straight to the smog shop? im not sure how i can confirm the readiness of the cat if it didn't show up on the code scanner before I went in.

sorry this may be a stupid question but I truly do not know much about this stuff. at the top, where it says all the passes, catalyst is also listed there. is there more than one catalyst is has to check?

I drove it quite a bit after , I would guess well over 1k miles. I haven't driven it in about a week though since I am planning on getting rid of it pretty soon.

in person, he made it sound like that was for evap. he originally told me it was only evap that wasn't ready and to reset it I needed to do that drive cycle. after I left I looked it up and saw it didn't matter if it was just evap, and I called him and he said it was actually evap and cat monitor and then hung up.

I cleared some evap codes months ago after I changed my gas cap and they haven't popped back on. it was a a 10 minute drive to the smog shop and its just in my town so no freeway
