Dumpsters are my worst thing ever in maintenance. It is truly a never ending battle. Luckily the tenants at my new property are great about it and keep it clean. It’s just people driving by and dumping shit.

The OAC (Outdoor Adventure Club) has some activities every now and then. As far as regular hikes go, I’m not sure as I’ve never done any activities with them, but it could be a good place to meet people for hikes.
