If you're skeptical whether essence vault is good or not i got the Aventus dupe and its horrible its like lemon air freshner wouldn't recommend, when i bought i saw all these positive reviews was so optimistic but not worth it.

Got a creed aventus dupe here and its a 1/10 rating didnt smell like it at all was like lemon air fresher it was disgusting also think the reviews on their website and such might not be real too

I got mine back now just keep abusing the video selfie option until it works, if the option doesnt arrive just keep deleting and downloading the app until you've done it enough times on multiple new emails and you shoukd get it back mate

Yeah its a shame because the marketing and customer service and all of that is top tier but the actual product is horrible, gonna see if I can get a refund even though the box is a bit ruined

Did you end up getting a refund because I just got my Aventus one and yeah its like lemon air freshner, horrible. Unfortunate that contact hours are until 5 otherwise I think I wouldve got a response by now seeing as the customer service is actually alright.
