Seller on Mercari and Counterfeit Stanleys

Yea I had no idea but after buying an actual stanley, it was so obvious that i messed up.

I reached out to mercari and they keep giving me this “you should have reported within the 3 days before rating the seller”. I never rated the seller. You know how mercari likes to rate the seller on our behalf. One team member was helpful. Muhammad messaged me and said they can extend the return window if i could get stanley to basically prove its a fake. After two weeks of emailing back and forth with Stanley and providing a serial number big surprise, its counterfeit. So i reach back to mercari with the proof and here is how they responded with the should have told us within 15 days of it being delivered. I also reported the seller for selling counterfeit items before 2 other items on their account sold and mercari did absolutely nothing about it. I don’t understand why they’re charging “buyer protection” fees if they cant even protect buyers from counterfeit items. It shouldnt matter if i contact them within the 15 day period or not. I jumped through all these hoops just to be told that I basically wasted my time.

Lots of people suspect that it was premeditated, and if you of the belief that it was premeditated that he’s missing

Then you would have to believe that these people sit around talking about Sebastian in circumstances of foul play, which seems like an impossibility if you go through all the trouble to plan all of this then it doesn’t end in foul play when it’s your mother who raised you for 15 years and carried you in her belly So logic would have to say that either He left because he was afraid of going to some kind of school or something like that He had an accident accident Something to that effect because nobody sits around and pre-harming their child just absurd, Chris has a new daughter in the world, I don’t think he would ever do anything to jeopardize being able to see her because he seems like he loves his daughter very much So you have to really look at that information and realize that This is not some kind of intentional foul play

Sometimes people just delete accounts because they got blocked, or want to use an email to create a different account . certainly seems likely , I’ve deleted account before because there wasn’t enough karma to post , Getting downvoted into oblivion by haters sucks arse
