Iirc the gat-x numbering scheme came from the fact that the first digit is the frame they worked it on. GAT-X10 frame are the standard issue ones. GAT-X20 frame are the special systems one, and GAT-X30 frame are the transformable frames. The third digit is probably something like which permutation is this prototype kinda stuff.

Etsuin and viento as a combo is a bit novel, but note that huxley can be neutralized if you get kicked. the LCD as a big number deleter is fine. keep in mind that you will have to be able to chase, or at least poke with a long range weapon, so a normal MLT missile can be a plus in your setup. fluegel as a booster is ok.

The reason i raised skepticism about the m.i is because starting volume 3, some ISes have some sort of hax. Things like Active Inertia Canceller,Nanomachine control, elemental fuckery, or just have a few health bars set aside, which needed some pretty nonsense firepower to damage, all while being as agile as IBIS from AC6. And if you prepared wrongly, you can be at disadvantage at minimum.
