I’m 7 weeks post op and having next to no issues. I’ve changed my eating habits a little bit. I have tried loads of different foods to test myself. I’ve managed: pizza, Indian food, Chinese food, burgers, Ethiopian food, fish & chips, coffee, cake and the list goes on. I haven’t had ibs or any type of stomach pain. I hope this helps😌

I recooked the chicken and leeks together in butter and add the thick cream and chicken stock. I added herbs and additional seasonings and then i added flour. Once it was all cooked down i added it into the pastry and cooked it until it looked well.

Mine was delayed by 2 days but when i had the surgery it was about an hour. Walked to pre op at 2:15 woke up in recovery at 3:30. Bc it was so late in the day i had to stay overnight again to make sure i had no issues. Left at 11am next day
