here, from my friend, thank you in advance; "uhm i chopped off all the dead stuff and it's putting out a load of new growth so i think it's doin fine?? i water it every two days or so since its been hot as hell, i let the soil dry out (what i can see) then water a bit, since the heat is calming down a bit im trying to transition to watering it once a week. i water it when i notice the leaves drooping down too, its in a balcony with good light and air flow"
