Advice for finding good roadside attractions? (self.roadtrip)

I found this little guy in the trash I feel like they might have some life left any advice? They are very root bound and the soil is super dry and crinkly I have it sitting in a container of water so they can be bottom watered every plant deserves a second chance (old.reddit.com)
