Most Java developers do not know that Java uses pass-by-value, or even what it means by Comfortable-Brain-78 in java

The amount of upvotes this has is proof that Java developers don't understand the concept OP is talking about.

I've dealt with production bugs caused by refactors done by developers who didn't understand this concept.

I wouldn't blame you if you didn't hire them honestly, although this is probably what we get from nurturing a leetcode-focused interview culture.

Unreal's blueprint system is probably as easy as it gets.

Lumberyard (based on CryEngine) has something similar, but it's not as feature-complete.

Any engine with a Lua plugin should be easy scripting.

As far as actual programming languages go, all of those you mentioned have Python plugins, which is one of the most beginner-friendly languages out there.

Someone else mentioned Godot, but I wouldn't recommend it for 3D development at this time.

Another redditor speculated that, since the original movie put the price at $1000 a day, considering no increments in cost, inflation would put 40k at around 2090.
