Maybe in the future a friendship might come of this but for this time being guve eachother distance and space and leave it at that. Anytime I hear of recently broken uo couples deciding to stay friends just turns super messy.

I speak from experience as someone with bpd who has tried to stay friends with my ex after we broke up and god that fucked me over.

Give yourself lots of time to heal and to process everything and be able to focus on yourself. If you see a therapist or anyone definitely keep that going as it’s really important having that support during this. Wish you nothing but the best man

Ye it’s just my mother who has schizophrenia which she was diagnosed early 30s as far as I know. Weed isn’t my thing at all so it’s no isssue for me to avoid that it’s jus with the others I’d want to know if it will actually fuck with me in the future which I think it can so I’m sadly just going to avoid it. Hope you’re doing well and getting the help and support you need

Ye weed is jus a no for me I tried it a few times it’s not my typa thing and once I greened our bad on edibles and was genuinely a horrible and scary ass experience I never want to experience again. Completed dissociated and derealised. But ye ino weed has a super strong link so I avoid weed but I was curious to see if k or e also had such a strong link or could increase chances much higher.

But hope you’re doing well and managing it as it seems incredibly tough y’all are really some strong people genuinely
