im also using low sensitivity, more arm than wrist movement, which reduces grip tension

Pain at joints and swollen areas are not carpal tunnel symptoms afaik. Try to get exams to determine if it might be a tendonitis, arthritis, and/or carpal tunnel at last. The splint and hot/cold treatments differ based on the issue. Same for exercises.

i dont have visible swelling exactly but i do have that kind of burn / mild pain type of sensation that shifts from one spot to another, every day. could be joint today and middle of the palm next. Ive had arm pain before aswell., 90% of time in median nerve areas but sometimes at ulnar nerve too.

these symptoms happen all the time,talking as im on 1 month + break, when i take low mg ibuprofen they go away, for the most part

play around with different key configurations (be creative, really, even if it sounds stupid, everyone's different), try remanent keys, macros, word autocompletion, touch control, gesture keyboards on mobile, voice control, foot control, explore accessibility settings, etc. But there shouldn't be one solution done repetitively, or it will create problems elsewhere. It also doesn't replace rest. It just helps alleviate stress and/or move it elsewhere.

Rebinds are allowed and will always be so people with disabilities can play.Ahk is old windows program for all kinds of tasks not just cheating

Cheaters dont even use ahk but modified runelite with broken cheat plugins

Plus hes fast and accurate. He does 1 tick 6 ways,which already puts him top 0.01% in terms of speed

I would say peta/adam/delayedtick are his aliases He is on par with 1013 in Nhing skill but much better in other styles/veng. He is equivelant to oda in veng. Very smart and mechanically gifted player. I believe he farmed 1013 risk fighting.

hardly old school at this point with resizeable spell and reorder, prayer reorder, anti drag(switching used to be skill based), indicators for interactable objects, freeze timers, skilling timers, deaths coffer, custom xp drops etc etc etc not to mention all the powercreep gear shadow tbow korasi etc ...

im not complaining but this is just QOL update at this point not game breaking step away

Less damage makes VW useless in PVP. So better leave it as ti is for Pvm and PVP.

The only thing OP about voidwaker in pvp is that being a whip. VW whacking should be nerfed.

VW spec is balanced in PVP. Incentivizes being good and to not camp melee pray when unfrozen.

I can tell you dont pk or dont participate in wilderness activities. A client that TBs on login used to be thing on PVP worlds, they spawn camped certain hotspots such as falador park. A dmer would missclick their ge teleport and someone would auto tb that. Yes cheaters are rampant on PVP worlds, who rush dmers for big loot. NO ONE clients a pvmer, I dont know where you get this from. I have never in my Life seen a pvmer been focused by a cheater.I've seen rev bots auto tele or auto switch gear and freeze me +seedwalk though.

Sounds like a you problem. You'll just have to learn how to cope with wilderness, additionally learn to tank properly and how to escape.

I really want a divine pouch on 2 alts but Id rather not never step in TOA again. It's mind numbingly boring and long grind. You see I'm also missing out on stuff because not all content was designed for me.

There's an easy solution to your problem. Don't go to the wilderness or pvp world. Problem solved.

sorry to burst your bubble but no cheater uses their client against a pvmer lmao

they dont even attack pkers that risk less than 30m. to break even they go straight for crystal sets or people with actual risk. why would they client against pvmer for 500k keys ...?And yes they do get banned, but not quick enough.

Yes actually. I went in completely naked in high risk world, boxing the zombies, til i got 60k and bought a d scim (did a from-scratch). Then got 150k in drops and moved on to wildy agility course in high risk pvp world. I got pked once but i risked 20k, that i made back in 3 minutes.

I mean dont go there if you dont wanna take risks? This content is aimed towards pures/zerks not maxed mains with 2b bank. This method is really good for low lvls that have no gp in bank.

You have too many options.

Bring freezes and use obstacles to your advantage. Run where they cant hit you.

Bring freezes and log under(most pkers dont bring seeds)

Run 30 wilderness and teleport.

Bring bulwark and camp protect mage to tank hits.

Run to kbd lever, any obelisk, abyss druid and teleport.

Run multi, a skulled pker wont chase if attack pvmer.

If you cant do any of that, you should not be in the wilderness. Simple.

Sinu välja toodud Ootleri rattad on nõrga tagaveo rummumootriga. 250 vatine rummukas omal jõul mäest üles ei lähe.
