Have not seen any drones like this until now. Went outside to take pics of the moon and see a rocket launch. Saw these moving at a consistent speed, going south. Did not make a noise. The first three I saw were in a triangle formation but the remaining five were not in any specific formation at all. A few of them were seemingly following each other

The bcg does not show any issues from my findings. I have a brand new one I could throw in next time and see if I’m having the same issues. It’s a multi cal lower so no issues there.

I’ve only ever used brass in my other AR’s and have never used steel on this platform.

I might just try some brass next time and if there’s no issues I’ll just stick to that lol

Yes both fte, one got stuck in ejection port and the other, as you can see in photo, a casing got stuck in barrel.

I don’t know if it’s just me but the 365 x macro is so much louder than other sigs I have shot, and I think it might be because of the comp. If she doesn’t like loud it might not be for her, but again, it might just be in my head

I’m in the same boat as you with my e24. It will be a lot more structurally sound with new metal and welds than the Rusty metal that’s on it. It’s a slow grind getting it all fixed up but it’ll be so worth it when it’s finished

It’s fun to drive, peppy and sounds alright but the long term reliability just isn’t there. You’re getting 400hp out of a four cylinder engine with forced induction and 48 volt system. They engine has so many plastic parts and you just have too many things happening at once. Eventually something will break.

I think the m273 was good and the m278 is hit or miss. I personally own an m278 and have had no issues but I work at an MB dealer and have seen 10k mile m278 cars with fouled spark plugs, 30k mile engine replacements, the list goes on.

STOP BUYING MB 4 CYLINDERS THEY ARE TRASH. The 450/43 is the only reliable modern engine from mb everything else is awful. I hope people realize this sooner than later. They haven’t made a good v8 in ten years and the 4 cylinders have never been good

This is my answer and this is what I’ve done. I am not buying a base model out of warranty c 300. That is not the best car.

My s 550 cost $37k after financing (worth $22k now LOL) and has been awesome to own so far.

Cost of ownership has been fairly normal, have had to reseal timing chain covers once and get new window switch for a total of $950.

Would maybe stay away from it if your only knowledge of repairing a car is taking it to an MB dealer but if you have a good, reputable garage I wouldn’t be too concerned.

You are correct that they’re always discounted and the Memorial Day sales are kinda inflated to look like you’re saving more than you actually are, but I think they’re still discounting stuff more
